حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ وَعَفَّانُ قَالَا أَخْبَرَنَا هَمَّامُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ قَالَ عَفَّانُ وَهَمَّامٌ أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ ابْنُ أَخِي أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَطْرُقُ أَهْلَهُ لَيْلًا كَانَ يَقْدَمُ غُدْوَةً أَوْ عَشِيَّةً.
English Translation
Yazid and Affan told us, they said: Hammam ibn Yahya informed us, from Ishaq ibn Abdullah ibn Abi Talhah — Affan and Hammam said: Ishaq, the nephew of Anas ibn Malik, informed us — from Anas ibn Malik, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, would not come upon his family at night; he would arrive in the morning or in the evening.
