حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ قَوْلٍ لَا يُسْمَعُ وَعَمَلٍ لَا يُرْفَعُ وَقَلْبٍ لَا يَخْشَعُ وَعِلْمٍ لَا يَنْفَعُ.
English Translation
Bahz narrated to us, and Abu Kamil narrated to us, both said: Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Anas, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to say: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from a supplication that is not heard, a deed that is not raised up, a heart that does not feel humility, and knowledge that does not benefit."
