English Translation
Bahz narrated to us: Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us: Abu Imran al-Jawni and Humayd informed us, from Anas, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "I entered Paradise and saw a palace of gold. I said, 'Whose is this?' They said, 'It belongs to a young man of Quraysh.' I thought it was mine, but it turned out to belong to Umar ibn al-Khattab." He said: So the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "What kept me from entering it, O Abu Hafs, was only what I know of your jealous protectiveness." He said: He said: "O Messenger of Allah, how could I ever be jealous or protective over you? I was never jealous or protective toward you."
