English Translation
Yahya told us, from at-Taymi, from Anas, who said: It was mentioned to me that the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, said — though I did not hear it from him directly — "Among you there are people who worship and strive diligently until people admire them and they admire themselves, yet they pass out of the religion as an arrow passes through its target."
