حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا مُصْعَبُ بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ يَقُولُ بَعَثَنِي النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي حَاجَةٍ فَجِئْتُ وَهُوَ يَأْكُلُ تَمْرًا وَهُوَ مُقْعٍ.
English Translation
Waki' told us, Mus'ab ibn Sulaym told us, who said: I heard Anas ibn Malik say: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, sent me on an errand, and I came back while he was eating dates, sitting in a squatting position.
