حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ وَإِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَّى الظُّهْرَ بِالْمَدِينَةِ أَرْبَعًا وَصَلَّى الْعَصْرَ بِذِي الْحُلَيْفَةِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ.
English Translation
'Abd al-Rahman told us, from Sufyan, from Muhammad ibn al-Munkadir and Ibrahim ibn Maysarah, from Anas ibn Malik, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, prayed the noon prayer in Medina with four rak'ahs, and prayed the afternoon prayer at Dhu al-Hulayfah with two rak'ahs.
