English Translation
Muhammad ibn Ja'far told us, he said: Sa'id told us, from Qatadah, from Anas ibn Malik, that a group of people from 'Ukl or 'Urayna came to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and said, "O Messenger of Allah, we were people of livestock, not people of farmland," and they found Medina's climate unhealthy. So the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, ordered that they be given some milk-camels and commanded them to go out with them and drink of their milk and urine. But they killed the shepherd of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, drove off the camels, and reverted to disbelief after their Islam. So the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, sent men in pursuit of them; they were brought back, and he cut off their hands and feet, seared their eyes, and left them in the lava field until they died.
