حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرٌ حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتٌ حَدَّثَنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَكُونُ فِي الصَّلَاةِ فَيَقْرَأُ سُورَةً خَفِيفَةً مِنْ أَجْلِ الْمَرْأَةِ وَبُكَاءِ الصَّبِيِّ.
English Translation
Abd al-Samad told us, Ja'far told us, Thabit told us, Anas ibn Malik told us, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, would be in prayer and recite a light surah because of the woman and the crying of the child.
