English Translation
Hajjaj ibn Muhammad told us, from Shu'ba, from Jabir, who said: I heard Muhammad ibn Qaraza relate from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri that he bought a ram to sacrifice, and a wolf ate from its tail, or ate its tail. "So I went to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and asked him, and he said: 'Sacrifice it.'"
