حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ وَعَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَا أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَبَّانَ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عُمَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَيْسَ فِي أَقَلَّ مِنْ خَمْسَةِ أَوْسَاقٍ مِنْ حَبٍّ وَلَا تَمْرٍ صَدَقَةٌ وَلَيْسَ فِي أَقَلَّ مِنْ خَمْسَةِ أَوَاقٍ صَدَقَةٌ وَلَيْسَ فِي أَقَلَّ مِنْ خَمْسِ ذَوْدٍ صَدَقَةٌ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ مِثْلَهُ بِإِسْنَادِهِ وَقَالَ ثَمَرٍ و قَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ تَمْرٍ وَقَالَ ثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ الثَّوْرِيُّ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ فَذَكَرَهُ.
English Translation
Ishaq b. Yusuf and Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, they said: Sufyan informed us, from Isma'il b. Umayyah, from Muhammad b. Yahya b. Habban, from Yahya b. Umarah, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "There is no charity due on less than five wasqs of grain or dates, and there is no charity due on less than five awaq (of silver), and there is no charity due on less than five camels." Yahya b. Adam narrated to us the like of it with its chain, and he said "fruit," while Abd al-Razzaq said "dates"; and he said: Ma'mar narrated to us from al-Thawri, from Isma'il b. Umayyah, who mentioned it.
