وَبِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ خَبَّابٍ أَنَّ أَبَا سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيَّ ذَكَرَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ تُصِيبُهُ الْجَنَابَةُ فَيُرِيدُ أَنْ يَنَامَ فَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَتَوَضَّأَ ثُمَّ يَنَامَ.
English Translation
And with this same chain of narration, from Abdullah ibn Khabbab: that Abu Sa'id al-Khudri mentioned to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, that major ritual impurity befalls him and he wants to sleep, so he commanded him to perform ablution and then sleep.
