حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ مَعْرُوفٍ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ قَالَ حَيْوَةُ حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ الْهَادِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ خَبَّابٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ صَلَاةُ الْجَمَاعَةِ تَفْضُلُ صَلَاةَ الْفَذِّ بِخَمْسٍ وَعِشْرِينَ دَرَجَةً.
English Translation
Harun ibn Ma'ruf told us: Ibn Wahb told us: Haywah [said]: Ibn al-Had told me, from Abdullah ibn Khabbab, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri, that he heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say, "The prayer in congregation exceeds the prayer of the individual by twenty-five degrees."
