English Translation
Sulayman ibn Dawud told us: Wuhayb told us, from 'Amr ibn Yahya al-Ansari; and Abu Salamah [also] told us: Sulayman ibn Bilal told us, from 'Amr ibn Yahya, from Muhammad ibn Yusuf ibn 'Abdullah ibn Salam, from Abu Sa'id al-Khudri, from the Messenger of God (peace and blessings be upon him), who said: "Whoever comes to a funeral and walks with it from the home of its people until the funeral prayer is performed over it has a qirat of reward, and whoever waits until it is buried, or until they are finished with it, has two qirats, each like the mountain of Uhud."
