English Translation
Sufyan told us, from Mutarrif, from Atiyyah, from Abu Sa'id, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: "How can I feel at ease when the one entrusted with the Trumpet has already put it to his lips, bent his forehead, and strained his hearing, watching for when he will be commanded?" The Muslims said: "O Messenger of Allah, what should we say then?" He said: "Say: 'Allah is sufficient for us, and He is the best Disposer of affairs; upon Allah we rely.'"
