English Translation
Abu Amir told us, al-Zubayr ibn Abdullah told us, Rubayh ibn Abi Sa'id al-Khudri told me, from his father, who said: We said on the Day of the Trench: "O Messenger of Allah, is there anything we may say, for hearts have reached our throats?" He said: "Yes: O Allah, conceal our weaknesses and secure us from our fears." He said: So Allah, Mighty and Sublime, struck the faces of His enemies with the wind, and Allah, Mighty and Sublime, defeated them with the wind.
