حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامٌ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ اشْتَرَى مُصَرَّاةً فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ فَإِنْ رَدَّهَا رَدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ لَا سَمْرَاءَ.
English Translation
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'Whoever buys a musarrah (an animal whose milk has been allowed to accumulate to deceive the buyer) has the option (to return it) for three days. If he returns it, he must return a sa' of dates with it — not wheat.'
