حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، وَشُعْبَةَ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ هِلَالٍ، عَنْ وَهْبِ بْنِ الْأَجْدَعِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ لَا تُصَلُّوا بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ إِلَّا أَنْ تُصَلُّوا وَالشَّمْسُ مُرْتَفِعَةٌ.
English Translation
It was narrated from `Hadrat Ali (may Allah be well pleased with him) from the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) that he said: “Do not pray after ‘Asr unless you pray when the sun is still high.`
