حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اللَّهُ أَفْرَحُ بِتَوْبَةِ عَبْدِهِ مِنْ أَحَدِكُمْ بِضَالَّتِهِ فِي فَلَاةٍ مِنْ الْأَرْضِ عَلَيْهَا طَعَامُهُ وَشَرَابُهُ.
English Translation
Yazid told us: Muhammad informed us, from Musa b. Yasar, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Allah is more joyful at the repentance of His servant than one of you would be at finding his stray animal in a desolate land, upon which was his food and drink."
