English Translation
Hushaym told us: Abu 'Abdullah al-Bakri informed us, from Sa'id ibn Abi Sa'id al-Maqburi, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Travel is a portion of punishment, for it keeps a man busy away from his fasting, his prayer, and his worship; so when one of you has satisfied his purpose from his journey, let him hasten his return to his family."
