English Translation
Bahz told us, and 'Affan told us, he said: Salim ibn Hayyan told us, who said: I heard my father narrating from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Beware of suspicion, for suspicion is the most untruthful form of speech. Do not spy on one another, do not eavesdrop on one another, do not envy one another, do not compete against one another out of rivalry, do not hate one another, do not turn away from one another, but be, O servants of Allah, brothers."
