899/1175(صحيح)عن أبي سعيد الخدري قال:"نهى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم عن لبستين، وبيعتين: نهى عن الملامسة والمنابذة: في البيع – الملامسة: يمس الرجل ثوبه. والمنابذة: ينبذ الآخر إليه ثوبه- ويكون ذلك بيعهما عن غير نظر. واللبستين اشتمال الصماء- والصماء: أن يجعل طرف ثوبه على إحدى(1)عاتقيه، فيبدو أحد شقيه ليس عليه شيء(2)- واللبسة الأخرى احتباؤه بثوبه وهو جالس، ليس على فرجه منه شيء".
English Translation
Abu Sa'id al-Khudri said: 'The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) forbade two types of wearing clothes and two types of transactions. He forbade mulamasah (touching a garment to finalize a sale) and munabadha (throwing a garment to finalize a sale) — mulamasah is when a man touches a garment, and munabadha is when one throws his garment to the other, and that constitutes their sale without proper examination. The two types of clothing [prohibited] are: the wrapped garment (shtimal al-samma) — where one puts the edge of his garment over one shoulder, leaving one side exposed with nothing covering it — and the other is sitting wrapped in a single garment with nothing covering the private area.'
