Arabic (Original)
428/550 عن أبي هريرة، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" ما استكبر من أَكَلَ معه خادمه، وركب الحمار بالأسواق، واعتقل الشاة فحلبها".
English Translation
Abu Hurayrah reported that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said, 'By the One in Whose hand is my soul, you will not enter Paradise until you believe, and you will not believe until you love one another. Shall I not guide you to something that if you do it, you will love one another? Spread the greeting of peace among yourselves.'
Urdu Translation
سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے انہوں نے کہا کہ رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا:”جس نے اپنے خادم کے ساتھ کھانا کھا لیا اور گدھے پر سوار ہو کر بازاروں میں چلا گیا، اور بکری کو ٹانگوں سے جکڑ کر اس کا دودھ دوہ لیا، اس میں تکبر نہیں ہے۔“[صحيح الادب المفرد/حدیث: 428]
