139/188 عن جابر بن عبد الله قال: كان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يوصي بالمملوكين خيراً، ويقول:" أطعموهم مما تأكلون، وألبسوهم من لبوسكم، ولا تعذبوا خلق الله عز وجل".
English Translation
Jabir ibn Abdullah reported: The Prophet, peace be upon him, used to advise good treatment of slaves and would say: 'Feed them from what you eat, clothe them from what you wear, and do not torture the creation of Allah, Mighty and Majestic.'
Urdu Translation
سیدنا جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ نبیصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمغلاموں کے بارے میں حسن سلوک کی وصیت کرتے تھے، اور فرماتے تھے:”ان کو کھلاؤ جہاں سے تم کھاتے ہو اور اپنے لباس سے ان کو لباس پہناؤ۔ اور اللہ عزوجل کی مخلوق کو سزا نہ دو۔“[صحيح الادب المفرد/حدیث: 139]
