حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ صَالِحٍ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ شُرَيْحٍ الْحَضْرَمِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي حَىٍّ الْمُؤَذِّنِ، عَنْ ثَوْبَانَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " ثَلاَثٌ لاَ يَحِلُّ لأَحَدٍ أَنْ يَفْعَلَهُنَّ لاَ يَؤُمُّ رَجُلٌ قَوْمًا فَيَخُصُّ نَفْسَهُ بِالدُّعَاءِ دُونَهُمْ فَإِنْ فَعَلَ فَقَدْ خَانَهُمْ وَلاَ يَنْظُرُ فِي قَعْرِ بَيْتٍ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَسْتَأْذِنَ فَإِنْ فَعَلَ فَقَدْ دَخَلَ وَلاَ يُصَلِّي وَهُوَ حَقِنٌ حَتَّى يَتَخَفَّفَ " .
English Translation
Hadrat Thawban (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrates that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: 'Three things are not permissible for anyone: First, that a man leads people in prayer and then supplicates exclusively for himself to the exclusion of them — if he does so, he has betrayed them. Second, that one peers into the interior of a house before seeking permission — if he does so, it is as though he has entered. Third, that one offers prayer while suppressing the urge to relieve himself — he should first ease himself.'
Urdu Translation
حضرت ثوبان رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: تین چیزیں کسی کے لیے جائز نہیں: ایک یہ کہ کوئی شخص کسی قوم کی امامت کرے اور انہیں چھوڑ کر صرف اپنے لیے دعا کرے، اگر اس نے ایسا کیا تو اس نے ان سے خیانت کی۔ دوسری یہ کہ اجازت لینے سے پہلے کسی کے گھر کے اندر جھانکے، اگر اس نے ایسا کیا تو گویا وہ گھر میں داخل ہو گیا۔ تیسری یہ کہ پیشاب و پاخانہ روکے ہوئے نماز پڑھے، جب تک کہ وہ اس سے فارغ ہو کر ہلکا نہ ہو جائے۔
