Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، رِوَايَةً وَقَالَ مَرَّةً يَبْلُغُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ تَتْرُكُوا النَّارَ فِي بُيُوتِكُمْ حِينَ تَنَامُونَ " .
English Translation
Hadrat 'Abdullah ibn 'Umar (may Allah be well pleased with them both) narrates in a report traced back to the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him): Do not leave fire burning in your homes when you go to sleep.
Urdu Translation
حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے روایت ہے جسے وہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم تک پہنچاتے ہیں: جب سونے لگو تو اپنے گھروں میں آگ نہ چھوڑو۔
