Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الرَّازِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ مُوَرِّقٍ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ لاَءَمَكُمْ مِنْ مَمْلُوكِيكُمْ فَأَطْعِمُوهُ مِمَّا تَأْكُلُونَ وَاكْسُوهُ مِمَّا تَكْتَسُونَ وَمَنْ لَمْ يُلاَئِمْكُمْ مِنْهُمْ فَبِيعُوهُ وَلاَ تُعَذِّبُوا خَلْقَ اللَّهِ " .
English Translation
Hadrat Abu Dharr (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrates that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: Those of your slaves who are compatible with you, feed them from what you eat and clothe them from what you wear. And those of them who are not compatible with you, sell them, and do not torment the creation of Allah.
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: تمہارے غلاموں میں سے جو تمہارے موافق ہو اسے وہی کھلاؤ جو تم کھاتے ہو اور وہی پہناؤ جو تم پہنتے ہو، اور جو تمہارے موافق نہ ہو اسے بیچ دو اور اللہ کی مخلوق کو عذاب نہ دو۔
