Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْوَرْكَانِيُّ، وَهَنَّادٌ، أَنَّ شَرِيكًا، أَخْبَرَهُمْ عَنْ سِمَاكٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ، قَالَ كُنَّا إِذَا أَتَيْنَا النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم جَلَسَ أَحَدُنَا حَيْثُ يَنْتَهِي .
English Translation
Hadrat Jabir ibn Samurah (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrates: When we came to the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), each of us would sit at the end of the gathering (wherever the circle ended).
Urdu Translation
حضرت جابر بن سمرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ فرماتے ہیں: ہم جب نبی اکرم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوتے تو جہاں مجلس ختم ہوتی وہاں بیٹھ جاتے (یعنی آخر میں جگہ ملتی وہاں بیٹھ جاتے)۔
