Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ رِبْعِيِّ بْنِ حِرَاشٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِنَّ مِمَّا أَدْرَكَ النَّاسُ مِنْ كَلاَمِ النُّبُوَّةِ الأُولَى إِذَا لَمْ تَسْتَحِ فَافْعَلْ مَا شِئْتَ " .
English Translation
Hadrat Abu Mas'ud (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrates that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: Indeed, among the words that have reached people from the earliest the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)hood is this: If you have no shame, then do as you wish.
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابو مسعود رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: بے شک پہلی نبوتوں کے کلام میں سے جو بات لوگوں تک پہنچی ہے وہ یہ ہے: جب تجھے حیاء نہ رہے تو جو چاہے کر۔
