حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ الرِّشْكِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُطَرِّفٌ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، قَالَ قِيلَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَعُلِمَ أَهْلُ الْجَنَّةِ مِنْ أَهْلِ النَّارِ قَالَ " نَعَمْ " . قَالَ فَفِيمَ يَعْمَلُ الْعَامِلُونَ قَالَ " كُلٌّ مُيَسَّرٌ لِمَا خُلِقَ لَهُ " .
English Translation
Hadrat 'Imran ibn Husayn (may Allah be well pleased with them both) narrates that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) was asked: O Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)! Have the people of Paradise and the people of the Fire been determined? He stated: Yes. It was submitted: Then why do those who act, act? He stated: Everyone is facilitated toward that for which he was created.
Urdu Translation
حضرت عمران بن حصین رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم سے عرض کیا گیا: یا رسول اللہ! کیا جنت والے اور جہنم والے معلوم کر دیے گئے ہیں؟ فرمایا: ہاں۔ عرض کیا گیا: پھر عمل کرنے والے عمل کس لیے کریں؟ فرمایا: ہر ایک کے لیے اسی کام کی آسانی کی جاتی ہے جس کے لیے اسے پیدا کیا گیا۔
