Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ نَهَى عَنْ ثَمَنِ الْكَلْبِ وَمَهْرِ الْبَغِيِّ وَحُلْوَانِ الْكَاهِنِ .
English Translation
It is narrated from Hadrat Abu Mas'ud (may Allah be well pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) forbade the price of a dog, the earnings of a prostitute, and the payment given to a soothsayer.
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابو مسعود رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے کتے کی قیمت، زانیہ کی کمائی اور کاہن کی اُجرت سے منع فرمایا۔
