Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنِ اللَّيْثِ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ غَنَجٍ - عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم دَفَعَ إِلَى يَهُودِ خَيْبَرَ نَخْلَ خَيْبَرَ وَأَرْضَهَا عَلَى أَنْ يَعْتَمِلُوهَا مِنْ أَمْوَالِهِمْ وَأَنَّ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم شَطْرَ ثَمَرَتِهَا .
English Translation
It is narrated by Hadrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be well pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) handed over the date palms and land of Khaybar to its Jews on the condition that they work on them from their own resources, and that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) would receive half the fruits.
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے خیبر کے یہودیوں کو خیبر کے کھجور کے درخت اور زمین اس شرط پر دیے کہ وہ اپنے مال سے ان میں کام کریں اور رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کو پھل کا آدھا حصہ ملے۔
