حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتِ اسْتُحِيضَتِ امْرَأَةٌ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَأُمِرَتْ أَنْ تُعَجِّلَ الْعَصْرَ وَتُؤَخِّرَ الظُّهْرَ وَتَغْتَسِلَ لَهُمَا غُسْلاً . وَأَنْ تُؤَخِّرَ الْمَغْرِبَ وَتُعَجِّلَ الْعِشَاءَ وَتَغْتَسِلَ لَهُمَا غُسْلاً وَتَغْتَسِلَ لِصَلاَةِ الصُّبْحِ غُسْلاً . فَقُلْتُ لِعَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ أَعَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ لاَ أُحَدِّثُكَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِشَىْءٍ .
English Translation
Umm al-Mu'minin Hadrat Aisha Siddiqah (may Allah be well pleased with her) narrates: A woman had istihadah during the blessed era of the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him). She was commanded to hasten the Asr prayer and delay the Zuhr prayer and bathe once for both; to delay the Maghrib prayer and hasten the Isha prayer and bathe once for both; and to bathe once for the Fajr prayer. (Shu'bah says:) I asked Hadrat Abd al-Rahman: 'Is this from the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) (as a marfu' narration)?' He replied: 'I will not narrate anything to you from the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)' (i.e., he did not attribute it to the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)).
Urdu Translation
حضرت اُمّ المؤمنین عائشہ صدیقہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا فرماتی ہیں: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے عہدِ مبارک میں ایک عورت کو استحاضہ ہوا تو اسے حکم دیا گیا کہ عصر کو مقدم کرے اور ظہر کو مؤخر کرے اور دونوں کے لیے ایک غسل کرے، اور مغرب کو مؤخر کرے اور عشاء کو مقدم کرے اور دونوں کے لیے ایک غسل کرے، اور فجر کے لیے ایک غسل کرے۔ (شعبہ کہتے ہیں:) میں نے عبدالرحمٰن سے پوچھا: کیا یہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم سے (مرفوعاً) ہے؟ انہوں نے کہا: میں تمہیں نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم سے کوئی بات نہیں بتاتا (یعنی اسے مرفوع نہیں کیا)۔
