Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، وَمُوسَى بْنُ عَامِرٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جَابِرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مَكْحُولٌ، قَالَ جَعَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِيرَاثَ ابْنِ الْمُلاَعِنَةِ لأُمِّهِ وَلِوَرَثَتِهَا مِنْ بَعْدِهَا .
English Translation
Makhul (upon him be mercy) narrates that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) assigned the estate of the child born of li'an to his mother, and after her, to her heirs.
Urdu Translation
مکحول فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے لعان والی عورت کے بچے کی میراث اس کی ماں کو دلائی، پھر ماں کے بعد ماں کے وارثوں کو دلائی۔
