Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " إِنَّ أَحْسَنَ مَا دَخَلَ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى أَهْلِهِ إِذَا قَدِمَ مِنْ سَفَرٍ أَوَّلَ اللَّيْلِ " .
English Translation
Hadrat Jabir (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrated that the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: 'The best time for a man to come to his family when arriving from a journey is the early part of the night.'
Urdu Translation
حضرت جابر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: "سب سے اچھا وقت جب آدمی سفر سے آ کر اپنے گھر والوں کے پاس داخل ہو وہ رات کا ابتدائی حصہ ہے۔"
