Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو قِلاَبَةَ الْجَرْمِيُّ، أَنَّهُ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ شَدَّادَ بْنَ أَوْسٍ بَيْنَمَا هُوَ يَمْشِي مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَهُ .
English Translation
Hadrat Shaddad ibn Aws (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrated that while he was walking with the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him), he mentioned a similar narration (i.e. the one who cups and the one who is cupped have both broken their fast).
Urdu Translation
حضرت شداد بن اوس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ وہ نبیِّ کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے ساتھ چل رہے تھے، پھر اسی مضمون کی حدیث بیان کی (یعنی پچھنے لگانے والے اور لگوانے والے دونوں کا روزہ ٹوٹ گیا)۔
