حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَمْرٍو، عَنْ يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ، حَدَّثَتْنِي فَاطِمَةُ بِنْتُ قَيْسٍ، أَنَّ أَبَا عَمْرِو بْنَ حَفْصٍ الْمَخْزُومِيَّ، طَلَّقَهَا ثَلاَثًا وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ وَخَبَرَ خَالِدِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ قَالَ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لَيْسَتْ لَهَا نَفَقَةٌ وَلاَ مَسْكَنٌ " . قَالَ فِيهِ وَأَرْسَلَ إِلَيْهَا النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ لاَ تَسْبِقِينِي بِنَفْسِكِ .
English Translation
Hadrat Abu Salamah bin Hadrat 'Abd al-Rahman bin 'Awf al-Zuhri said that Hadrat Fatimah bint Qays (may Allah be well pleased with her) narrated to him that Abu 'Amr bin Hafs al-Makhzumi (may Allah be well pleased with him) divorced her three times. The narrator then related the full tradition and mentioned the account of Hadrat Khalid bin al-Walid (may Allah be well pleased with him). He said that the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: 'There is neither maintenance nor dwelling for her.' Furthermore, the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) sent her a message: 'Do not make any decision about yourself without my permission.'
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابوسلمہ بن حضرت عبدالرحمٰن بن عوف الزہری فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت فاطمہ بنت قیس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا نے مجھ سے بیان کیا کہ ابوعمرو بن حفص مخزومی رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے انہیں تینوں طلاقیں دے دیں۔ پھر راوی نے پوری حدیث بیان کی اور حضرت خالد بن ولید رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ والا واقعہ ذکر کیا، اور کہا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: نہ اس کے لیے نفقہ ہے اور نہ رہائش۔ نیز نبی اکرم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ان کو یہ پیغام بھیجا: تو اپنے بارے میں مجھ سے سبقت نہ کرنا (یعنی خود فیصلہ نہ کر لینا)۔
