حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ الْوَاحِدِ بْنَ زِيَادٍ، وَأَبَا، عَوَانَةَ وَأَبَا مُعَاوِيَةَ حَدَّثُوهُمْ عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ عُمَارَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، قَالَ مَا رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم صَلَّى صَلاَةً إِلاَّ لِوَقْتِهَا إِلاَّ بِجَمْعٍ فَإِنَّهُ جَمَعَ بَيْنَ الْمَغْرِبِ وَالْعِشَاءِ بِجَمْعٍ وَصَلَّى صَلاَةَ الصُّبْحِ مِنَ الْغَدِ قَبْلَ وَقْتِهَا .
English Translation
Hadrat Abdullah ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrates: I never saw the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) offer any prayer outside its proper time except at al-Muzdalifah. There he (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) combined the Maghrib and Isha prayers, and on the following day he offered the Fajr prayer somewhat earlier than its usual time.
Urdu Translation
حضرت عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے سرکارِ دو عالم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کو ہمیشہ وقت پر ہی نماز ادا فرماتے دیکھا سوائے مزدلفہ کے، کیونکہ آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے مزدلفہ میں مغرب اور عشاء کو جمع فرمایا، اور دوسرے دن نمازِ فجر معمول سے قدرے پہلے ادا فرمائی۔
