حَدَّثَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الْمُؤَذِّنُ، أَخْبَرَنِي الشَّافِعِيُّ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ لَهَا " طَوَافُكِ بِالْبَيْتِ وَبَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ يَكْفِيكِ لِحَجَّتِكِ وَعُمْرَتِكِ " . قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ كَانَ سُفْيَانُ رُبَّمَا قَالَ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ . وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ لِعَائِشَةَ رضى الله عنها .
English Translation
It is narrated from Umm al-Mu'minin Hadrat Aisha al-Siddiqah (may Allah be well pleased with her) that the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) graciously said to her: Your circumambulation of the Sacred House (the Ka'bah) and your sa'i between al-Safa and al-Marwah are sufficient for both your Hajj and your Umrah. Imam al-Shafi'i (upon him be mercy) said: Sufyan sometimes narrated this tradition from Ata' on the authority of Umm al-Mu'minin Hadrat Aisha (may Allah be well pleased with her), and sometimes narrated it from Ata' in mursal form, stating that the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated to Hadrat Aisha (may Allah be well pleased with her).
Urdu Translation
حضرت اُمّ المؤمنین عائشہ صدیقہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا سے روایت ہے کہ حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: بیت اللہ کا تمہارا طواف اور صفا و مروہ کی تمہاری سعی تمہارے حج اور عمرے دونوں کے لیے کافی ہے۔ امام شافعی فرماتے ہیں: سفیان نے اس حدیث کو کبھی عطاء سے بسندِ حضرت اُمّ المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا روایت کیا ہے، اور کبھی عطاء سے مرسلاً روایت کیا ہے کہ حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے حضرت اُمّ المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا سے ارشاد فرمایا۔
