Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْتَشِرِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ لاَ يَدَعُ أَرْبَعًا قَبْلَ الظُّهْرِ وَرَكْعَتَيْنِ قَبْلَ صَلاَةِ الْغَدَاةِ .
English Translation
Umm al-Mu'minin Hadrat Aisha Siddiqah (may Allah be well pleased with her) narrates that the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) would never leave the four (rak'ahs) before Zuhr and the two rak'ahs before the dawn prayer.
Urdu Translation
حضرت اُمّ المؤمنین عائشہ صدیقہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم ظہر سے پہلے کی چار (رکعتیں) اور فجر سے پہلے کی دو رکعتیں کبھی نہیں چھوڑتے تھے۔
