حَدَّثَنَا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ الْمَكِّيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي الطُّفَيْلِ، عَامِرِ بْنِ وَاثِلَةَ أَنَّ مُعَاذَ بْنَ جَبَلٍ، أَخْبَرَهُمْ أَنَّهُمْ، خَرَجُوا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي غَزْوَةِ تَبُوكَ فَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَجْمَعُ بَيْنَ الظُّهْرِ وَالْعَصْرِ وَالْمَغْرِبِ وَالْعِشَاءِ فَأَخَّرَ الصَّلاَةَ يَوْمًا ثُمَّ خَرَجَ فَصَلَّى الظُّهْرَ وَالْعَصْرَ جَمِيعًا ثُمَّ دَخَلَ ثُمَّ خَرَجَ فَصَلَّى الْمَغْرِبَ وَالْعِشَاءَ جَمِيعًا .
English Translation
Hadrat Mu'adh ibn Jabal (may Allah be well pleased with him) informed them that they went out with the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) on the expedition of Tabuk. He (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) used to combine Zuhr and 'Asr, and Maghrib and 'Isha. One day he delayed the prayer, then came out and prayed Zuhr and 'Asr together, then went inside, then came out and prayed Maghrib and 'Isha together.
Urdu Translation
حضرت معاذ بن جبل رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے بتایا کہ وہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے ساتھ غزوۂ تبوک میں نکلے — آپ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم ظہر اور عصر کو جمع فرماتے اور مغرب اور عشاء کو جمع فرماتے — ایک دن نماز مؤخر فرمائی — پھر نکلے اور ظہر اور عصر ایک ساتھ پڑھیں — پھر اندر تشریف لے گئے — پھر نکلے اور مغرب اور عشاء ایک ساتھ پڑھیں۔
