حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُوسَى، وَعُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، - الْمَعْنَى - عَنْ أَبِي الأَحْوَصِ، حَدَّثَنَا سِمَاكٌ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ، قَالَ كَانَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم خُطْبَتَانِ كَانَ يَجْلِسُ بَيْنَهُمَا يَقْرَأُ الْقُرْآنَ وَيُذَكِّرُ النَّاسَ .
English Translation
Hadrat Jabir ibn Samurah (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrates: 'The Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) had two khutbahs. He would sit between them, reciting the Quran and reminding the people.'
Urdu Translation
حضرت جابر بن سمُرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ فرماتے ہیں: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے دو خطبے ہوتے تھے — دونوں کے درمیان بیٹھتے — قرآن پڑھتے اور لوگوں کو نصیحت فرماتے۔
