'Abdullah said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) used to teach us when one of us was frightened in his sleep to say: 'I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from His anger, His punishment, the evil of His servants, and from the whispers of the devils and from their presence.'"
