Yahya ibn Ayyub al-Allaf narrated to us, from Sa'id ibn Abi Maryam, from Yahya ibn Ayyub, from Ubaydullah ibn Zahr, from Ali ibn Yazid, from al-Qasim, from Abu Umamah, from Ibn Mas'ud who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) say: 'When a servant prays and does not complete his prayer - its humility, its bowing - and turns around excessively, it will not be accepted from him. And whoever drags his garment out of pride, Allah will not look at him on the Day of Resurrection, even if he is honored before Allah.'
