Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:9736 حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ §فِي الَّذِي يُصِيبُ الْحُدُودَ ثُمَّ يُقْتَلُ عَمْدًا قَالَ "عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ: إِذَا جَاءَ الْقَتْلُ مَحَا كُلَّ شَىْءٍ".
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Ishaq ibn Ibrahim narrated from Abd al-Razzaq, from Ibn Jurayj, from some of his companions, from Mujalid, from al-Sha'bi, from Masruq, from Ibn Mas'ud regarding one who commits offenses deserving prescribed punishments and is then killed intentionally. Ibn Mas'ud said: 'When killing comes, it wipes out everything (i.e., the other punishments are dropped).'
