الترجمة الإنجليزية
Muhammad ibn Ali al-Sa'igh narrated to us, from Sa'id ibn Mansur, from Abu Awanah, from al-A'mash, from Ibrahim, from Alqamah who said: Abdullah ibn Mas'ud said: 'I was reciting in Hims when a man said: It was not revealed like this. I drew close to him and detected the smell of wine. I said: You deny the truth and drink what is impure? By Allah, this is how the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) taught it to me. I shall not leave you until I flog you the prescribed punishment.' So he flogged him.
