Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:9697 حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ أَنَّ عَلِيًّا وَابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَا فِي الْأَمَةِ تُسْتَكْرَهُ «إِنْ كَانَتْ بِكْرًا فَعُشْرُ ثَمَنِهَا وَإِنْ كَانَتْ ثَيِّبًا فَنِصْفُ عُشْرِ ثَمَنِهَا»
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Ishaq ibn Ibrahim narrated from Abd al-Razzaq, from Ibn Jurayj, from Abd al-Karim that Ali and Ibn Mas'ud said regarding a slave woman who is forced: 'If she is a virgin, the compensation is one-tenth of her price. If she is previously married, it is half of one-tenth of her price.'
