الترجمة الإنجليزية
Ishaq ibn Ibrahim al-Dabari narrated from Abd al-Razzaq, from Ma'mar and al-Thawri, from al-A'mash, from Abu al-Duha, from Masruq who said: Ibn Mas'ud said: 'I am willing to invoke a curse on whoever disputes me that this verse in the short Surah al-Nisa' {And those who are pregnant - their term is until they deliver their burden} [65:4] was revealed after the one in al-Baqarah {And those who are taken in death among you and leave wives behind - they shall wait four months and ten days} [2:234].' He said: And it reached him that Ali said: 'It is the longer of the two periods.' So he said that (i.e., he disagreed).
