Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:8153 حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ ثنا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ ضُمَيْرَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَّ رَجُلًا جَاءَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَنْكِحْنِي فُلَانَةَ قَالَ «مَا مَعَكَ تُصْدِقُهَا إِيَّاهُ وَتُعْطِيهَا؟» قَالَ مَا مَعِي شَيْءٌ قَالَ «لِمَنْ هَذَا الْخَاتَمُ؟» قَالَ لِي قَالَ «فَأَعْطِهَا إِيَّاهُ» «وَأَنْكَحَهُ وَأَنْكَحَ آخَرَ عَلَى سُورَةِ الْبَقَرَةِ لَمْ يَكُنْ عِنْدَهُ شَيْءٌ»
الترجمة الإنجليزية
A man came to the Prophet (peace be upon him) and said: "O Messenger of Allah, marry me to such and such woman." He said: "What do you have to give her as a dowry?" He said: "I have nothing." He said: "Whose ring is this?" He said: "Mine." He said: "Then give it to her." He married him, and he married another man on the basis of [teaching her] Surah al-Baqarah, as he had nothing.
