Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:7829 حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ أنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ زَحْرٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «إِنَّ أَغْبَطَ النَّاسِ عِنْدِي مُؤْمِنٌ خَفِيفُ الْحَالِ أَوِ الْحَاذِ ذُو حَظٍّ مِنَ الصَّلَاةِ وَأَحْسَنَ عِبَادَةَ رَبِّهِ وَأَطَاعَهُ فِي السِّرِّ وَكَانَ غَامِضًا فِي النَّاسِ لَا يُشَارُ إِلَيْهِ بِالْأَصَابِعِ ذُو كَفَافٍ وَصَبْرٍ عَلَى ذَلِكَ» ثُمَّ نَقَدَ بِيَدِهِ فَقَالَ «عَجَلَتْ مَنِيَّتُهُ وَقَلَّتْ بَوَاكِيهِ وَقَلَّ تُرَاثُهُ»
الترجمة الإنجليزية
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "The most enviable of people in my view is a believer who is light in possessions, who has a share of prayer, who worships his Lord well, who obeys Him in private, who is obscure among people, not pointed at with fingers, whose provision is just sufficient, and who is patient upon that." Then he tapped with his hand and said: "His death comes quickly, his mourners are few, and his inheritance is little."
