Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:6356 حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زَيْدٍ الْحَوْطِيُّ ثنا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ الْحَكَمُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ ثنا أَرْطَاةُ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ عَنْ ضَمْرَةَ بْنِ حَبِيبٍ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ نُفَيْلٍ قَالَ بَيْنَا نَحْنُ عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ إِذْ سَأَلَهُ سَائِلٌ هَلْ أُتِيتَ بِطَعَامٍ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ؟ قَالَ «نَعَمْ أُتِيتُ بِطَعَامٍ بِمِسْخَنَةٍ» فَقَالَ يَا نَبِيَّ اللهِ مَا كَانَ فِيهَا مِنْ فَضْلٍ عَنْكَ؟ قَالَ «نَعَمْ» قَالَ فَمَا فُعِلَ بِهِ؟ قَالَ رُفِعَ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ يُوحَى إِلَيَّ أَنِّي غَيْرُ لَابِثٍ فِيكُمْ إِلَّا قَلِيلًا ثُمَّ لَسْتُمْ لَابِثِينَ بَعْدِي إِلَّا قَلِيلًا تَقُولُونَ مَتَى مَتَى؟ ثُمَّ تَأْتُونَ أَفْنَادًا وَبَيْنَ يَدَيِ السَّاعَةِ مُوتَانٌ شَدِيدٌ وَبَعْدَهُ سَنَوَاتُ الزَّلَازِلِ
الترجمة الإنجليزية
Salamah ibn Nufayl said: "While we were with the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), a questioner asked him: 'Were you brought food from heaven?' He said: 'Yes, I was brought food in a heated dish.' He said: 'O Prophet of Allah, was there any left over from it?' He said: 'Yes.' He said: 'What was done with it?' He said: 'It was raised to heaven.' And it was being revealed to him: 'I shall not remain among you except for a short time, then you shall not remain after me except for a short time. You will keep saying "When? When?" Then you will come in groups, and before the Hour there will be severe death, and after it years of earthquakes.'"
